Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up beef (stew, round, chuck)
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 large onions
    carrots and potatoes (as many as you like)
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve the sugar and flour in the tomato juice.
    Put meat and vegetables in casserole or covered baking dish.
    Pour tomatoes, flour and sugar over meat and cook covered for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
