Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 lemons (grated rind and juice)
    4 egg yolks
    2 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil water, sugar and flour for 15 minutes, then add egg yolks, butter, salt and lemons.
    Use egg whites for meringue. This recipe makes 2 pies (use 1/2 recipe for one pie).
