Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 4 cooking apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 bottle cinnamon sugar
    1 (10 count) can biscuits
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, apples, and 3 tsp. cinnamon sugar in a large skillet.
    Fry on low heat, covered, until apples are tender. Roll biscuits out about 1/2 inch thick.
    Place a tsp. of apples in the center.
    Fold over, then use fork and press firmly around the edges.
    Place in skillet of melted butter (or margarine) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on both sides.
    Fry until golden brown.
