Microwave Oniony Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass bowl.
    Cover. Microwave at power level Low and Defrost for 6 1/2 to 8 minutes, or until warm.
    Beat mixture to blend well.
    Microwave, uncovered, at power level High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
    Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
