Favas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. favas
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 large onions
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    paprika and allspice to taste
Preparation
    Soak favas overnight.
    Add salt and boil until done (3 hours). In a separate pan, slice onions into butter and cook until done. Add sauce and 1 can of water.
    Add spices as desired.
    Combine both pans and cook together for 1 hour.
