Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    2 to 3 lb. chicken tenders or 1 small broiler, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Place chicken in baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until chicken is done.
    Serve with rice.
