Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
    3 to 4 dashes garlic salt
    2 dashes pepper
    30 oz. jar Ragu (meat flavored)
    6 oz. Contadina tomato paste
    12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella
    2 eggs
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground chuck in skillet with meat tenderizer, garlic salt and pepper; drain off grease.
    Add Ragu sauce and tomato paste; simmer 1 hour. Boil lasagna with 1 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes.
    Mix cottage cheese with 2 eggs.
    In a large casserole dish, spread 2 to 3 tablespoons meat sauce. Layer noodles, meat sauce and cottage cheese mixture 2 to 3 times. Top with Mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan on last. Bake about 1 hour.
    Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting.
