Caramel Apple Streusel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. caramel topping
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Arrange apples in microwavable baking dish.
    Stir together caramel topping, water and lemon juice.
    Pour over apples.
    In a small bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until apples are tender.
