Low-Fat Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pam coating
    1/2 c. Dijon style mustard
    2 Tbsp. unflavored nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2/3 c. instant mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Stir mustard, yogurt and vinegar together.
    In second dish, combine potato granules and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chicken first in mustard, then in potato mixture, coating both sides well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until coating is light brown.
    Makes 4 servings, 6 grams of fat per serving.
