Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2 green peppers
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry onions and pepper in Crisco until onions turn yellow. Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in oiled baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
