Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour milk (milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar)
    1 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)
Preparation
    Measure all six dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
    Stir to combine.
    Make a well in the center.
    Cream butter, sugar and 1 egg until well blended.
    Beat in second egg.
    Mix into sour milk and bananas.
    Pour all at once into well.
    Mix until moistened.
    Ignore the lumps!
    Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
