Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 junior jar plums

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
Drizzle with mixture of 10x sugar and lemon juice.
