Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender, drain
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    20 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese together. Pour over the carrots. Sprinkle with Ritz crackers, crumbled.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
