New York Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Italian spices
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage or 1/2 lb. ready to eat sausage
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 1 c.)
Preparation
    Break spaghetti in half
    and
    cook
    in
    boiling, salted water, just until tender;
    drain.
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs and Parmesan cheese.
    Add
    warm
    spaghetti
    and
    toss
    to mix. Line a buttered 10-inch pie plate with the spaghetti mixture.
