Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add 1/2 of the brown sugar and continue to beat to blend, then add the other half and the vanilla and continue to blend.
When all is added and stiff, stir in the pecans.
Drop by teaspoon onto a brown paper bag on cookie sheet and bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
