Onion Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope soup mix
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
4 thick cut pork chops

Preparation

Mix soup mix and bread crumbs.
Dip pork chops in beaten egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
Place in lightly greased shallow pan.
Bake, turning once, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
