Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    salt
    pepper
    Accent (optional)
    small sliced onion
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pound chicken breasts to same width to prevent uneven cooking.
    Spray 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Arrange breasts in casserole, add salt, pepper and Accent.
    Cover breasts with sliced onions, peppers and mushrooms.
    Add lemon juice.
    In a small bowl, mix soup with 1/2 can water; use more if you would like a gravy.
    Pour over ingredients and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
