Nacho Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can chili without beans
8 oz. Monterey Jack with jalapeno, grated

Preparation

Soften the cream cheese.
Smooth into bottom of casserole dish.
Cover with onions.
Cover with chili.
Cover with grated cheese.
Heat in microwave until cheese melts and bubbles.
Serve with tortilla or nacho chips.
Recipe easily doubles.
