Pork Loin Hash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork tenderloin
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. French fried onions
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
Preparation

Brown pork tenderloin in skillet.
In bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, half of shredded cheese and half of the French fried onions and mix into hash browns.
Place potato mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place pork loin on top.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and French onions on top.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Eat and enjoy.
