Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add shortening, salt, sugar, egg, cocoa and 1 cup flour.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in remaining flour.
Blend well.
Cover and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
Stir down by beating 25 strokes.
Turn dough onto floured board.
Roll out to 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
Spread with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
Sprinkle nuts on top. Roll up and cut into 12 pieces.
Let rise until double (about 40 minutes).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with milk and powdered sugar glaze.
