Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, shredded
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and coarsely shred. Mix all
    ingredients and turn into 2 quart buttered casserole. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
