Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 chicken thighs
    2 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat shortening in a frying pan.
    Mix eggs, salt, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and mix 10 seconds.
    Pour flour in bag.
    Place chicken in the mixing bowl and cover with mixture.
    Shake the chicken in flour.
    Place chicken in frying pan and fry until golden brown.
    Repeat until all chicken is fried, turning twice.
    Serves 10 to 12.
