Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
whipped cream or ice cream
1 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine oats, flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Place 1/2 mixture in bottom of a buttered 8-inch square baking dish, spoon in pie filling, then spread remaining crumb mixture over the top.
Bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
Spoon into sauce dishes and top with cream or ice cream.
Makes 6 servings.
