Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 Tbsp. chili seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can tomato juice
2 cans pinto beans
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion together and drain.
Add chili seasoning, pepper, tomatoes (I use diced tomatoes), juice (I use Hunt's), beans and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Add catsup and simmer for an hour.
Makes approximately 4 quarts.
