Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs until light and fluffy. Spoon in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in bananas, lemon juice and pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 55 to 60 minutes.
