Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. oats
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. soda
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raisins
2 bananas, pureed
5 c. nonfat milk
4 c. apple juice (concentrated)
1 c. orange juice
4 c. apples, diced
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 c. egg whites
Preparation

Add juices, apples, vanilla and pineapple to mixture.
Beat egg whites (not stiff).
Fold into the mixture and allow to stand 20 to 30 minutes.
