Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sugar
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Combine cheese, sugar and flour, mix well.
Add pineapple juice then pineapple.
Crumble Ritz crackers over top of mixture.
