Herbed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    2 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 1/2 tsp. freeze dried chives
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    Peel a 1/2-inch strip around center of each potato.
    Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water, for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients, tossing well to coat.
