Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt, divided
    1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring 1 inch of water to a boil with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan; add cauliflower.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Drain and keep warm.
