Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans celery soup
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked in 1 1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Chop sausage, onion and bell pepper in skillet.
    Cook and brown, then drain off grease.
    Add soup, rice and pimentos.
    Mix together.
    Put in pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add cheese on top.
