Meat Balls Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread
    3/4 c. hot milk
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. peas
Preparation
    Soften bread in milk; add egg.
    Mix meats.
    Add onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Combine mixtures; form into balls. Roll in flour.
    Brown in fat.
    Add tomato juice and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add water, carrots and celery. Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
    Add peas; cook until peas are hot through.
