Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs carrots (14-16 med carrots)
    4 T horseradish
    4 T onion, chopped
    1/2 c mayonnaise
    1-2 c flavored breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain, reserving 1/4 c. of liquid.
    Add mayonnaise to carrot liquid and mix well/
    Put carrots into 9 X 13 casserole dish and pour mayonnaise mixture over carrots.
    Sprinkle with flavored breadcrumbs.
