Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lg. potatoes
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 jar pimento, drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until done.
    Let cool.
    Peel and slice.
    Place in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir cheese with butter, milk and flour until melted.
    Pour mixture over sliced potatoes, making sure to cover all potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese mixture bubbles.
