Dressing Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium chicken, cooked and boned
3 to 4 c. bread stuffing
2 c. broth
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped (if you like)
celery, chopped (if you like)
1/4 c. oleo or butter
2 to 3 eggs, beaten well
poultry seasoning or sage to taste

Preparation

Butter bottom of a large pan.
Place 1/2 cup of chicken on bottom.
Mix soup, bread, eggs and seasoning; put in half now, then rest of chicken and top with rest of bread and spices.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until brown.
