French Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    fine dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    Soak cauliflower (head down) in cold salted water.
    Drain until very dry on paper towel.
    Break into flowerets.
    Dip into mixture of egg, milk, salt and pepper, then dip into bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
