Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
3/4 c. Minute rice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
oregano
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger, then drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook about 10 minutes on medium-high.
Cap and clean peppers.
Salt the inside.
Stuff with mixture, leaving pepper whole or cut in halves.
Bake in oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle each with grated Cheddar before serving.
