Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; let stand at room temperature for a few hours or overnight.
    Add chicken wings; coat with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, stirring twice a day.
    Put on cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil.
    Drain marinade and place wings in a single layer.
    Cook without turning for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until brown, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Can be frozen.
    Thaw and reheat in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 25 minutes.
