Easy Meal Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice
1 onion
1 yellow sweet pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Heat oil; saute chops quickly.
Remove to plate as they brown; add more oil if needed to saute rice, onion and pepper, until rice is golden.
Place chops on top of rice.
Pour tomatoes over chops. Then sprinkle oregano; add vinegar.
Cover tightly.
Cook at 350\u00b0 in oven or on top of stove until meat and rice are tender.
Check now and then to see if more water is needed.
