Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Bring half and half to boil.
    Add partially thawed potatoes. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
    Mix other ingredients except cheese.
    Pour into large greased casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 60 minutes.
