Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Persimmon Pulp
    1 c. Sugar
    1 tsp. Soda
    1/2 c. Shortening
    1 Egg (Beaten)
    2 c. Flour
    1 c. Nuts (Chopped)
    1 c. Raisins
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Cloves (Optional)
    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. Salt
Preparation
    1. Beat pulp, soda, sugar, and shortening until creamy. Add egg and rest of ingredients.
    2. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes
