Fried Frogs' Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frog legs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Season frog legs with salt and pepper.
    Dip in beaten eggs and crumbs.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Fry in hot fat until brown.
