Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans squash or equal amount fresh cooked squash
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    Ritz crackers, crumbled
    butter
Preparation
    Drain squash and add eggs, soup, salt, pepper, onions and about 10 crumbled crackers.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with more crumbled crackers.
    Dot with butter. Cook at 350\u00b0 until set, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
