Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Season meat.
    Brown in shortening.
    Remove meat.
    Saute onion. Stir in soup, water and Worcestershire.
    Put meat in mixture; simmer for two hours.
    Add sour cream before serving over noodles.
