Ingredients

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. butter mints
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
2 cartons whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
milk
Preparation
-
Cook beaten eggs with approximately 1 1/2 cups milk and butter mints.
Cool and combine with other ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
Finish filling with milk.
Process.
