Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 large eggs
3 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. orange juice

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 in greased, floured tube pan.
Makes a very moist cake.
