Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz. can Baker's coconut
    5 medium eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 unbaked regular pie shells
Preparation
    Using large bowl, beat eggs until mixed well.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Mix well.
    Melt margarine.
    Add to other mixture.
    Add buttermilk and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour into shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until brown.
