Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place all ingredients in bowl; mix by hand.
Bake in a greased and floured angel cake pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan 1 hour.
When cool, frost with cream cheese icing.
