Enchiladas(Makes 24 Enchiladas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 can green chili peppers
1 onion
1 small can hot peppers
2 cans refried beans
2 pkg. enchilada mix
1 can chili
Preparation

Brown meat and onions.
Add beans, chili peppers and chili. Cook for about 1 hour.
Tortillas must be dipped in remainder of sauce, then fill and roll.
Cover with grated cheese.
