Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/3 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 stick oleo
Preparation
    Drain spinach.
    Melt oleo and blend with flour.
    Mix all other ingredients with flour mixture and add to eggs, a little at a time.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a greased pan.
