Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 hen
salt and pepper
1 small box Minute rice

Preparation

Boil hen until tender; take chicken out and debone.
Using broth as water, cook rice as directed on box.
Mix chicken with rice.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir and serve.
